The Serenity Band - General Loss Ring

For the losses that don't fit neatly into a single category, miscarriage, termination for personal reasons, the loss of a baby or child, the loss of a loved one, or any grief that has left love with nowhere to go.

At its centre is the peace lily. A peace lily is delicate. It does not thrive by simply enduring harsh conditions. When it is struggling, it wilts. And yet, when given care, water and the right conditions, it can gently revive and unfold again.

That's a more honest picture of grief than "strength": you're allowed to wilt, to need care, to have days you don't feel strong. Healing isn't going back to who you were, it's learning to grow alongside what you've been through, not leaving it behind.

The peace lily reminds us that something can be changed by what it has endured and still continue to grow, not by leaving the grief behind, but by learning to exist alongside it.
