• How do I choose my ring size?

  We recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your ring size professionally measured for the most accurate fit. If you are unsure, please ensure you confirm your size carefully before ordering, as all rings are custom made and cannot be resized once production has started.

• What is your return policy?

  All items are custom made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. Only items that are damaged or defective are eligible for return or replacement. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for further details.

• Do you ship internationally?

  We currently only ship within South Africa.

• How long does shipping take?

  All items are custom made to order. Production takes 10–14 business days, followed by 2–5 business days for dispatch and delivery. Timeframes may vary during peak periods. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• How do I care for my ring?

  Over time, sterling silver forms a natural patina, a gentle play of darker and lighter tones that reflects the time you've spent wearing it. This is caused by contact with air and the natural acidity of your skin. Because everyone's skin chemistry is different, some people will notice their jewellery darkening more quickly than others.

  You're welcome to let the patina develop, or you can restore the shine with a silver polishing cloth (please note that any polishing is at your own risk). To clean silver or gold pieces, use Silvo or Brasso with a soft cotton or polishing cloth. You can also wash them gently in warm, soapy water using a soft brush, then rinse in hot water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

  Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaning products, particularly on patinas, resins and natural materials, as these can cause permanent damage. Although your piece is crafted from precious metal, it still needs a little care: take it off before swimming in the sea or a chlorinated pool and before showering, and avoid everyday exposure to soaps, detergents and damp conditions. When you're not wearing it, keep it in a dry, safe place.
