All orders are carefully handcrafted and processed with intention. Because each piece is made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch.

We aim to ensure every order arrives safely, securely, and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

As most items are handmade or made to order, please allow:

  • 10-14 business days for production and order preparation before dispatch
  • Custom or high-volume periods may require additional time, which will be communicated where necessary

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within South Africa

We offer standard courier delivery within South Africa.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery is made via trusted courier partners
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods shall transfer to the customer upon dispatch and handover to the appointed courier for delivery, except to the extent that such transfer is restricted or rendered unenforceable under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
