Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your ring size professionally measured for the most accurate fit. If you are unsure, please ensure you confirm your size carefully before ordering, as all rings are custom made and cannot be resized once production has started.

  • All items are custom made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. Only items that are damaged or defective are eligible for return or replacement. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for further details.

  • We currently only ship within South Africa.

  • All items are custom made to order. Production takes 10–14 business days, followed by 2–5 business days for dispatch and delivery. Timeframes may vary during peak periods. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • To maintain your ring, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water where possible. Store it in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use, and gently polish with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. Handle with care to preserve its finish over time.
